I am a food researcher and consultant specializing in food retail. From product to profit, process to customer, I offer food businesses the know-how and strategy from beginning to end.

"Growing up, I was always inquisitive to know what was cooking in my mother's kitchen. When she'd be making her simple phiti hui coffee or a daal panchmel, I'd be sitting on the slab, watching her using simple homemade ingredients, each with its distinct flavour and the perfect amount, to make a fantastic dish come into existence.
Sometimes, she'd drizzle toasted sesame oil over my noodles. On days, she sprinkled crushed kasuri methi on yellow daal. I observed that in all of her meals, she would add that one missing spice that served as the showpiece and won the grand finale of flavour.
When I started working in Food Retail - 12 years of curating menus, writing recipes, and planning product assortments - my kitchen memories and the idea of the missing spice became my inspiration!
Creating a flawless product is one thing, making it lucrative is quite another. In 2004, I attended The Wharton Business School to learn the number game. Post working in financial consultancy, I pursued culinary school in NY, USA. Today, I have the perfect blend of skills and numbers to provide that one missing spice that helps your food business grow.
